About the role
We are seeking a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral healthcare services in London, Ohio.
Responsibilities
- Developing, coordinating, and implementing interdisciplinary services focused on prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation.
- Carry out psychosocial interventions with clients through individual, family, or group counseling, testing, and education, aiming to improve client functioning.
- Participate in establishing treatment goals, assessing clients, and monitoring progress, maintaining necessary documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
- Serve on treatment and program development teams, attend meetings and court hearings, and establish relationships with facilities and support services.
Qualifications and Skills
- A valid license (LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC).
- A valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in applying social work theories, principles, and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to recognize and respond to unusual or threatening conditions are essential.
Onboarding Requirements
- BLS certification.
