Travel LDRP RN - $2,160 per week
Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a travel nursing assignment in Nashville, Tennessee.
About the role
This 13-week assignment begins on September 21, 2026, with a 36-hour work week on 12-hour night shifts. The role involves floating between Labor and Delivery and Mother Baby units, including care for the prison population.
Responsibilities
- Circulate for C-sections
- Provide Labor & Delivery and LDRP care
- Deliver Mother/Baby care
- Triage obstetrical patients
- Use External Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM)
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery and Mother Baby experience
- Comfort working with the prison population
- Valid Tennessee state license or compact multi-state license (active Nursys report required; no pending licenses accepted)
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines (exemptions for medical or religious reasons only)
Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) or MAB (Management of Assaultive Behavior)
- NIH (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
- AWHONN Intermediate (Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses)
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- STABLE (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood pressure, Lab work, Emotional support)
Additional Details
- Orientation: two 8-hour shifts followed by two 12-hour departmental orientation shifts
- Compliance requirements due 12 days prior to start, including HealthStream exams (remediation offered for first failure)
- Labs to be completed within 72 hours of signing
- Facility enforces a strict no-call policy
- First-time travelers and locals accepted at the same rate

Pay
Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during the assignment.
