Travel LCSW - Full Time Contract

About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to advocate for patients or students to help them gain access to available resources while confronting personal challenges like mental illness, addiction, and abuse.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for patients or students to access available resources
• Confront personal challenges such as mental illness, addiction, and abuse
• Provide support and guidance to patients or students
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
• Assess patient or student needs and develop individualized care plans
• Document progress and communicate with patients or students, families, and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work (MSW) from an accredited educational program
• Two years of supervised clinical experience
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• Experience in acute care settings
• Active license in California
