Responsibilities
- Perform routine and high-complexity clinical laboratory testing following approved procedures
- Prepare, process, and analyze specimens; verify quality control data
- Operate analyzers and bench-top instruments; maintain calibration and instrument maintenance records
- Document results accurately; review and report critical or abnormal findings per protocol
- Maintain safety, compliance, and inventory
- Participate in quality assurance and proficiency testing activities
- Communicate effectively with team members and notify supervisors of issues affecting patient results
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform laboratory testing in a hospital laboratory setting
- Comfortable with rotating shifts (5x8) and variable hours as scheduled
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and adherence to SOPs
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
