Requirements

Unit details
- Childbearing women and newborn: Antepartum, Intrapartum, Postpartum, Newborn
- Extreme high risk Level 3 Perinatal center; 70% of patients seen here are complex high risk
- NICU is a regional center
- Approximately 150 births per month
- Provides outpatient services when the clinic is closed
- 2 O.R.s on unit for C-Sections, BTLs, PP D&Cs
- 2nd LD RN as "baby catcher" for well, non-compromised babies
