Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license – Compact accepted
• Minimum 2 years experience in Labor & Delivery
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, CERT‑Adv. FHM (copies required)
• Social Security Number and date of birth required
• Two professional references covering the entire work history
