Travel Labor & Delivery RN - $2,726 per week

About the role

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a position in Kennewick, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery care under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Assist physicians during childbirth and monitor mother and baby’s condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a physician.
• Document patient care activities and observations accurately.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (certifications vary by location – this job may require ACLS).
• Valid license and/or certification in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS).
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Background and drug screen.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
