Travel Labor & Delivery RN - $2,594 per week
Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse for a Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP) assignment in Nampa, Idaho.
About the Role
This 13-week travel assignment starts on July 27, 2026, with a 36-hour work week on 12-hour night shifts. The role requires 3 years of L&D experience and 1 year of mother-baby experience (preferred). Charge nurse experience is also preferred.
Responsibilities
- Attend deliveries and provide newborn care within the first hour
- Triage, circulate C-Sections, and provide Postpartum Couplet Care
- Manage magnesium and titrate drips (Pitocin Protocol, Magnesium Protocol, occasional Insulin drips)
- Stabilize newborns, perform physical assessments, and provide care within the first 2 hours
Requirements
- 3 years of L&D experience
- 1 year of mother-baby experience (preferred)
- Certifications: NRP, BLS, ACLS, STABLE
- Charge nurse experience (preferred)

Pay
Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay may differ and is subject to change during the assignment.
