About the role
Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment starting on July 14, 2026, in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Assist physicians during deliveries and monitor mother and baby’s condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality care.
Requirements
- 40 hours per week, 5x8 shifts, days.
- Michigan license required.
- Two years of labor and delivery experience.
- Post-partum experience required.
- AHA ACLS, AHA BLS, NRP certifications required.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor and delivery procedures.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
