Travel Labor & Delivery RN - $2,479 per week

About the role

Malone Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Labor and Delivery position in Seguin, Texas. The position will start on July 29, 2026, last for 13 weeks, and work 36 hours per week, including 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver up to 900 births per year (2-6 births/day)
• Circulate independently in the secure, locked Birthing Center
• Assist with C-sections and function as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
• Provide nursery care as needed
• Float within the Birthing Center and other hospital units as required
• Work in various patient populations including routine labor and delivery, multiples, and limited high-risk cases
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations

Requirements

• BLS, ACLS, NRP, Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM), STABLE certification
• Recent Labor and Delivery experience
• C-section circulating experience
• Comfortable with nursery care

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in a birthing center setting
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
