About the role
The Good Life MedStaff is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Grinnell, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Perform labor and delivery procedures under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Assist physicians during deliveries and provide postpartum care.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during labor and delivery.
- Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Experience in labor and delivery preferred.
- Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current BLS certification.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
