• Location: 5475 S 500 E Ogden, UT 84405
  Floor: Family Birth Place
  Building: Ogden Regional Medical Center
• Shift for this position: 5-5 (days or nights)
  Call Expectation: none
  Number of Staff: 1 charge, 1 triage, 6-7 labor nurses, 2-3 postpartum nurses, 1 ward clerk, 1 C.N.A., 1 OB Tech (night shift)
• Patient Ratios: Labor- 1:1-2, Postpartum 3-4 couplets
  Type of equipment: EMR – CPN and Meditech
