About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Salem, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in the Labor and Delivery unit
- Work 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, nights
- Must hold certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal monitoring certification
- Weekend shifts required: 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule (days are Saturday/Sunday; nights are Friday/Saturday)
- No call requirement for travel staff, but extra shifts may be available
Requirements
- At least 2 years of labor experience
- Cesarean section experience (circulator, 1st assist, scrub) is preferred or nice to have
- Open to local candidates
Qualifications
- Current licensure to practice as an RN in Virginia
- Current CPR certification (BLS)
- Current ACLS certification
- Current NRP certification
- Current AWHONN Fetal monitoring certification
