Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, LD
• Licenses: RN (Compact Accepted)
• Certifications: ACLS (Copy Needed), BLS (Copy Needed), NRP (Copy Needed)
• SSN Required
• DOB Required
• Work History: Should not be more than 0 days of gap in entire work history
• References: 1 Reference in entire work history
• 50 mile radius rule
