Certifications: BLS, NRP, EFMTrauma Level: Facility Specific
Required Experience
Minimum of 1 year, preferably 2 or more years of experience.
Experience in L&D, post-partum, and level 2 nursery.
Clinical Experience
Must have experience with L&D (Labor and Delivery), post-partum, and level 2 nursery.
Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) competency
Licensure
- Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated.
Skills and Qualifications
- Practicing as a baby-friendly unit.
- Caring for clean gynae surgical patients.
- Dependable, positive, motivated.
- The candidate must understand OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and produce a negative drug screen for all panels.
Other Requirements
- Last four digits of clinician's SSN.
- Clinician's middle initial.
- Requested time off must be known before contract establishment.

Orientation
- On-unit learning, 3 days, with 12-hour shifts (7a-7p and 7p-7a).
