About the Role
Travel RN-LD-LDRP assignment in Rapid City, SD, caring for mothers and newborns through labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum in a facility with a supportive culture and advanced technology.
Responsibilities
- Monitor both mom and baby throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
- Assist with deliveries
- Manage postpartum care
- Document in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Valid South Dakota RN or Compact RN license
- SSN required
- DOB required
- At least 1 year of recent LDRP or labor and delivery experience
- 2 years LDRP in hospitals with Level 3 or 4 NICU
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Basic fetal heart monitoring certification
- EPIC skills
- Skills checklist within 12 months
- 1 reference in the last 12 months
- Reference dated within 12 months for job worked within 5 years
- Permanent address over 250 miles from Rapid City, SD
- This unit books 48-hour contracts only

Pay
Pay rate: $2152.00 - $2262.00 per week. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
12-hour shifts available on days, evenings, or nights. 36 hours per week. Duration: 15 weeks. Start date: 09/28/2026.
