Travel Labor & Delivery RN - $2,031 per week

About the role

Provide expert care to mothers and newborns in a hospital dedicated to family-centered labor and delivery services. As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will monitor fetal heart tones, assist with deliveries, administer medications, and support patients through labor, birth, and postpartum recovery. The facility offers a supportive environment focused on safety, compassionate care, and positive birth experiences.

Requirements

• Active Iowa RN license (Compact accepted)
• Recent labor and delivery experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Weekends: Every third weekend
• SSN required
• DOB required
• References: 1 reference in entire work history

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Permanent address must be over 90 miles away

Skills

• Strong clinical assessment

• Ability to remain calm in high-acuity situations

Pay

Pay Rate: $1980.00 - $2082.00 (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined)

Schedule

12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, 13-week duration. StartDate: ASAP.
