About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Dickson, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Provide labor and delivery care under the supervision of a physician.
- Assist with the delivery of infants and monitor the progress of labor.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Monitor patient vital signs and provide ongoing patient assessment.
- Document all patient interactions and procedures accurately.
Requirements
- Current licensure as an RN in the state of Tennessee.
- Current BLS certification.
- Experience in labor and delivery preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours including 12-hour shifts and weekends.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- At least 1 year of recent relevant experience.
- Knowledge of obstetric and neonatal care practices.
Skills
