Travel Labor & Delivery RN - $1,942 per week

About the role

Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery - Travel - (LD RN) position in Detroit, Michigan. 13‑week travel assignment, 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for labor, preterm labor, hypertension, and diabetes mellitus patients.
• Assist with C‑section and D&C procedures.
• Maintain nurse‑to‑patient ratios of 1:1 (high‑acuity) and 1:4.
• Document patient care using Cerner electronic health record.
• Follow unit scrub color policies and float support guidelines as assigned.

Requirements

• Active RN license in Michigan.
• Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience.
• Current certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NRP (AHA).

Qualifications

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with Cerner charting system preferred.

Pay

Pay rate: $1,893.00 – $1,990.00 per week (based on 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week). Tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
