Travel Labor & Delivery RN - $1,863 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a 13-week assignment starting as soon as possible in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum periods.
• Assist physicians during deliveries and manage postpartum care.
• Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as necessary.
• Document patient care in accordance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in labor and delivery preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).

Pay
