Travel Labor & Delivery RN - $1,830 per week

About the Role

Labor and Delivery (LD) RN needed for a 340-bed Level II Trauma center in a suburb just east of Richmond. The unit has 16 LDR, 3 OR, 3 Triage, and 3 RR rooms. This facility is a recipient of the Healthgrades Labor and Delivery Excellence Award and is recognized for Superior Performance in Labor and Delivery, among the Top 10% of Hospitals Evaluated for Labor and Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a Labor and Delivery unit as a travel RN
• Work 12-hour night shifts
• Manage LDR, OR, Triage, and RR patient care areas

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of Registered Nurse experience in Labor and Delivery
• RN license (Compact accepted)
• ACLS-AHA certification
• BLS-AHA certification
• NRP-AHA AAP - NRP Advanced certification
• Social Security Number required
• Date of Birth required
• Work history should not have more than 90 days of gap in the last 1 year

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate or Advanced AWHONN certification
• Experience at facilities with more than 3,000 births per year

Schedule

• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour night shifts
• 13-week duration
