Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse - $3,040 per week

About the role

The position is for a Labor and Delivery registered nurse (RN) in a healthcare facility within the Beverly Hospital service area. This role involves providing comprehensive perinatal care, including prenatal evaluation, intrapartum support during labor and birth, intraoperative and postpartum care, as well as neonatal care for well babies and high-risk newborns. The assignment start date is September 21, 2026, with an initial duration of approximately 13 weeks and potential for ongoing coverage (~15 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive perinatal care
• Conduct prenatal evaluation of mother and fetus
• Offer intrapartum support during labor and birth
• Assist with intraoperative deliveries
• Deliver postpartum care
• Provide neonatal care for well babies and high-risk newborns, including special care for premature infants
• Participate in biweekly orientation

Requirements

• Valid nursing license
• 3-5+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery
• Comfortability working in the operating room
• Proficient in EPIC electronic health record system
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Ability to work during biweekly orientation
• Must be fully vaccinated against influenza during onboarding (declinations not accepted)
• Must have been separated from the organization (local or non-local) for at least 6 months to be considered
• Maintain valid credentials and comply with hospital policies

Schedule

• 12‑hour shifts
• Days shift
• Every other weekend rotation from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Minimum
