About the role

The Labor and Delivery (L&D) department in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is seeking an experienced healthcare professional for a 12-hour rotating shift position. The role supports a busy maternity care unit with an average of approximately 2,600 births annually. The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care within a trusted facility that maintains a focus on evidence-based practices.

Schedule

• 12-hour rotating shifts
• Every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care in a busy maternity care unit

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Experience with Epic electronic medical record system
• Must have been separated from the healthcare provider for at least 6 months prior to consideration
• A Hillsborough County Health Department clearance sheet (BILH coversheet) is required at submission

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
