The role involves providing specialized care for neonatal and obstetric patients, with an emphasis on labor and delivery, postpartum, and c-section circulation. The position requires at least two years of relevant experience and offers a schedule of nights, with self-scheduling options. Job Details: Schedule: Nights shift from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, approximately 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Certifications in NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and BLS (Basic Life Support) are required. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and intermediate level training from AWHONN (Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses) are preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in labor and delivery, postpartum, or c-section circulation is needed. Candidate must be able to manage a three-couplet assignment, including triage of obstetrical patients, use of external fetal heart monitoring, and neonatal assessments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Level 1 Nursery, mother/baby care, and circulating for c-section procedures. Additional Information: No first-time travelers accepted, and pre-approval for RIME offers per contract is not available. No float rotation required.
