Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse - $2,700 per week

Registered Nurse (RN) position in Labor and Delivery (L&D) at a healthcare facility in Greenfield, MA. This role involves providing care to labor, delivery, postpartum, and antepartum patients, supporting patients undergoing cesarean sections, and delivering comprehensive maternal and infant care in a busy obstetrics unit. The position requires a compassionate approach to patient care and collaboration with the OB team.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to labor, delivery, postpartum, and antepartum patients
• Support patients undergoing cesarean sections
• Deliver comprehensive maternal and infant care
• Collaborate with the OB team
• Float to medical-surgical, emergency department, intensive care, or mental health units as needed (does not perform nursing assignments while floating)

Required qualifications

• Valid nursing license
• At least 1 year of experience in labor and delivery
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Basic fetal monitoring certification
• American Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) certification

Preferred qualifications

• Experience supporting labor, delivery, postpartum, and antepartum patients
• Experience with cesarean sections
• Ability to float to medical-surgical, emergency department, intensive care, or mental health units

Schedule

• Night shifts, 12 hours per shift
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start date: 09/07/2026

Unit information

• Approximately 400 deliveries annually
• Core staffing of 4 registered nurses per shift
• Team supports labor, delivery, postpartum, and antepartum patients
