Job Details
- Shift: 12H Nights
- Total Weekly Hours: 36
Experience and Skills Required
- Experience in Labor & Delivery [required]
- Antepartum, C-section/vaginal delivery experience [required]
- EPIC EMR experience [required]
- Work history must include recent/current Labor & Delivery experience [required]
- Completed at least one travel assignment in the previous 12 months (No first-time travelers) [required]
- Intermediate or Advanced Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) / AWHONN certificate is accepted [required]
Experience and Skills Preferred
- Experience in Postpartum/mother-baby care [preferred]
- Current/recent high risk OB experience in a Level II trauma facility [required]
- Current/recent high risk OB experience in a Level I trauma facility [highly preferred]
- Professional Reference/Reference Check from a charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO from within 24 months [preferred]
Certifications Required
- AHA/American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) [required]
- AHA/American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) [required]
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certificate [required]
- AWHONN certificate [document] [required]
Licensure Required
- Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission [required]
