Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse - $2,496 per week

About the Role

Secure Nursing Service LLC is seeking a Travel Nurse RN for a Labor and Delivery position in Chandler, Arizona. This is a 13-week assignment starting on 08/16/2026, with a 36-hour work week on 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in Labor and Delivery, including experience with C-sections
• Utilize computer charting systems, preferably Cerner
• Adhere to AWHONN guidelines and safe nurse-to-patient ratios

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in Labor and Delivery
• Active ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications
• Experience with C-sections and computer charting (Cerner preferred)

Unit Details

• 18 LDRP beds, 14-bed OB triage, and 8-bed Antepartum unit
• Average deliveries: 8-10 per day (322-344 per month, 3,863 per year)
• 2 fully equipped OR suites on the unit for C-sections
• Nurse-to-patient ratios: mostly 2:1 (Antepartum can be 4:1, C-sections 1:1)
