Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse - $2,375 per week

Job Summary

Labor and Delivery (L&D) registered nurses are sought for a unit located in Garden City, Kansas. The position involves providing specialized in labor, delivery, postpartum, and neonatal care. Candidates will be responsible for managing obstetric patients, circulating in operating rooms, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Details

• Location: Garden City, Kansas

• Shift Hours: 11.5 hours per shift

Required Qualifications

• Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

• Experience: 2 years of experience in labor and delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: LDRP, couplet care, circulating in OR, and fetal monitoring

Additional Information

• Hospital policies: Up to 4 shifts may be canceled per 13-week assignment; up to 3 shifts may be canceled for shorter assignments

• In-house support: OB/Neonatology and anesthesia 24/7

• Fetal monitoring systems: GE and OBIX

• Scheduling: Floating between units, every other weekend, may be on call up to three times during the contract period

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 34 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
