Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse - $2,160 per week

Job Summary

Labor and Delivery Nurse position available in Dixon, Illinois. This high-risk obstetric unit provides care for antepartum, postpartum, and level 2 nursery patients, including high-risk pregnancies. The role involves working nights in an 80-bed facility with a blend of antepartum, labor and delivery, and nursery responsibilities, with opportunity to float to other departments as needed during surge periods.

Job Details

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois nursing license or confirmation that application has been initiated;
• at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience, preferably 2 or more;
• certifications in BLS, NRP, and EFM competency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in antepartum, postpartum, and level 2 nursery;
• familiarity with EPIC electronic charting system;
• ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.

Additional Information

• Orientation consists of 3 days of on-unit learning, with testing and study guides;
• orientation shifts are 12 hours (7a-7p and 7p-7a).
