The Labor and Delivery (L&D) specialty position is located in Des Moines, Iowa. This role involves providing expert care in the labor, delivery, and postpartum units of the healthcare facility. The provider will support maternal and neonatal patients, adhering to facility protocols and standards of clinical excellence.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per day, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Certification(s) in Labor and Delivery Nursing
• active state licensure in Iowa
• a degree in Nursing
• at least 0 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Labor and Delivery
• additional specialized certifications in maternal and neonatal health (a plus)

Additional Information

• Float rotation may be required.
• The position requires adherence to facility-specific protocols and procedures, including the facility's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to labor and delivery care.

Pay and Schedule

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
