About the role
The 3rd Shift Pharmacist will work in a busy pharmacy environment, overseeing technician staff and ensuring accurate medication management. This role is critical in providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to both pediatric and adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Order verification and product checking/distribution
- Addressing clinical questions from nurses and healthcare providers
- Overseeing the work of pharmacy technicians
- Maintaining clinical documentation and operational needs of the central pharmacy
Requirements
- Pharmacist license in North Carolina (RPh)
- Hospital and pharmacy experience with oversight of technicians
- PREFERRED: Experience in the Emergency Department, Cerner, and Vigilanz systems
- ACLS certification if working in the ED (not required)

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
7 on, 7 off rotation including weekends; potential start on Wednesday or Thursday.
