Travel Labor & Delivery/Postpartum RN - $2,884 per week

Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum for a travel nursing job in Dickinson, North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios: Labor: 1:1-2, PostPartum: 1:2-3.
• Titrating drips such as Magnesium, Oxytocin, LR, Zofran, etc.
• Provided scrubs.
• Unit/department specific orientation consisting of 3-12 hour shifts.
• Floating to MSP/ED for helping hands, mostly sitting 1:1 with patients.
• Distance from NICU is more than 1 hour away.
• Limited services at the hospital.
• Requires RTO upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract).

Requirements

• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required.
• Must pass either the Primary or Secondary fit test (3M Aura 1860 sm or reg/3M 1870+) or a Portacount test if unable to pass due to facial hair.
• Facial hair must be removed before starting the contract.
• Years of experience: 2 years required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts rotating.
• Every third weekend shift required.
• Holiday requirements depend on availability.
• No clinical involvement.

Skills

• Titration of drips.
• Passing fit tests or Portacount test if facial hair prevents passing fit tests.
