Job Details
Location: San Luis Obispo, California
Schedule: Night shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts, 1800 0630, with no set schedule or rotating shifts. Minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in nursing or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
Masters Degree preferred
Five years of technical experience preferred
At least two years of supervisor experience required
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
AHA-Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (or ARC-ALS)
AHA-Basic Life Support (BLS) (or ARC-BLS)
AHA-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) (or ARC-NALS)
Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification
Preferred Qualifications
Clinical specialty and/or nursing administration certification
CPR certification or BLS from an approved vendor
Additional Information
This role entails providing unit-based leadership, supervising staff, managing patient care activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Must have at least 2 years of supervisor experience, charge nurse experience, and relevant certifications completed within the past two years.
No call required.
