Travel Labor & Delivery / Mother-Baby / Postpartum RN - $2,463 per week

About the role

The Registered Nurse will provide care in the Labor & Delivery department, managing patients through antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum phases. The role includes monitoring fetal health and coordinating with the healthcare team for high-risk pregnancies and other related diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide care for patients during labor and delivery.
• Monitor fetal heart rate and maternal vital signs using advanced fetal monitoring techniques.
• Administer medications including titratable drips such as Oxytocin and Insulin as necessary.
• Assist with cesarean sections, including circulating and recovering patients.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health maintenance.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Basic Fetal Monitoring certification; Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification preferred.
• BLS Certification.
• Experience in Labor & Delivery or similar critical care environment.
• Knowledge of AWHONN guidelines for maternal care.

Pay & Schedule

The Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
