Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Anchorage, Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Assist physicians during childbirth and monitor mother and baby’s condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Maintain a sterile environment and follow infection control protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Alaska.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in labor and delivery preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Skills

• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols.
