Unit managers will make the final call on scheduling, but we would include this verbiage on the confirmation. **Holiday time off will be considered, however not guaranteed** - Unit: Family Birthing Center - # beds: L&D - 4, MB - 8 - Certs: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Adv-AWHONN are required. STABLE preferred. At least 2 year of L&D experience. - Ratios: L&D - 1:2, 1:1 active delivery. MB - 1:4 (couplets) - EMR: Cerner - Charge Nurse: Yes, generally does not take patients, but will do break relief. - Nurse Aides: No - Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. Nights - Fri, Sat, Sun. Days - Sat, Sun. - Holidays Rotate in with core staff - Scrub Color: Provided - Tele: No - Vents: No - Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: During the day.
