Requirements

• Active RN license
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, AWHONN certifications
• At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute‑care Labor and Delivery setting
• Other requirements as determined by the client facility

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support for women before, during, and after delivery.
• Monitor vital signs of the mother and baby throughout birth.
• Identify and monitor patients for potential high‑risk problems.
• Educate and support mothers and their families after birth.
• Care for patients during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 48 hours per week, with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Weekly payment estimates include gross hourly wages and reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing expenses.
