Specialty: Labor and Delivery. Discipline: RN. Duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week. Employment Type: Travel. LD and Postpartum RN Day Rotator with 1 night of call and EOW (36 or 48 hrs). Unit Name: Labor & Delivery/Post Partum Unit. Brief Unit Description: 25‑Bed Labor & Delivery Unit encompassing L&D, PP, NBN, 2 ORs, 2 RRs, and 2 ANU rooms. Bed count: 5 LD rooms, 12 PP rooms, 2 ORs, 2 RRs, 2 ANU rooms with 4 beds. Average daily census: 15‑25 mothers, babies, and labors. EMR: EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinician‑to‑patient ratios: L&D 1:2‑3 for evaluations, 1:1 for active labor, magnesium gtt or epidural; PP 1:3‑4.
• No floating required.
• Rotating shifts: primarily day position with rotation to evenings and nights as needed; straight days not offered.
