Travel Labor and Delivery RN - $2,568 per week

About the role

A hospital in Maryland is looking for an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a labor and delivery setting.
• Assist physicians during childbirth and monitor fetal and maternal health.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Two years' experience as a registered nurse.
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current National Registered Professional (NRP) certification.
• Valid state nursing license.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with neonatal care is a plus.

Skills

• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Knowledgeable in postpartum care and newborn care.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
