Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a travel nursing assignment in Lafayette, Indiana.

About the Role

This 12-week travel assignment begins on August 25, 2026, with a requirement of 36 hours per week on a 12-hour rotating shift.

Responsibilities

Administration of blood and blood products
Amnioinfusion and antepartum care
Assist with high-risk delivery and vaginal delivery
Circulate for C-section and manage epidural anesthesia
Interpretation of dysrhythmias in Labor & Delivery
Use of External and Internal Fetal Monitoring
Neonatal resuscitation
Pain assessment and management
Postpartum hemorrhage management
Pre-eclampsia/eclampsia management
Recognizing and treating abnormal fetal heart rate patterns
Float to Maternal-Child Health (MCH) as required

Requirements

2 years of experience as an L&D RN
Active in-state RN license and required certifications (BLS, ACLS, NRP, FHM) in hand prior to submission
Experience with Cerner charting system
Graduation from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNE
Social Security Number and date of birth required at time of submittal
Two supervisor references required

Preferred qualifications include previous charge experience and community hospital experience.
