Travel Labor and Delivery RN - $2,280 per week

About the role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a Joint Commission‑certified travel nursing agency, is seeking a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13‑week travel assignment in Carmel, Indiana. The position starts 10/11/2026, requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts, and is a travel RN role.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support for women before, during, and after delivery.
• Address medical and emotional needs of patients throughout the birthing process.
• Care for women and newborns during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal stages.
• Monitor vital signs of mother and baby during birth.
• Monitor patients for potential high‑risk problems.
• Educate and support mothers and families after giving birth.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, and AWHONN certifications.
• Minimum 18 months of recent experience in an acute care Labor and Delivery setting.
• Additional requirements may be specified by the client facility.
