Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a 13-week assignment in Leonardtown, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery care under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Assist with the management of laboring patients and monitor fetal heart tones.
• Perform necessary procedures during labor and delivery, including episiotomies and perineal incisions.
• Administer medications and fluids as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maryland.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Experience in labor and delivery preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Pass a background check.
