Travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery position in Florence, South Carolina.

Duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts. Employment type: Travel.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs based on history, observation, physical examination, and diagnostic data.
• Provide age-specific nursing interventions aligned with the plan of care and standards of practice.
• Foster a caring, compassionate, and respectful environment for patients, families, and visitors.
• Utilize appropriate health and safety equipment to protect patients and staff.
• Apply standard work related to Nursing Sensitive Quality Indicators.
• Precept and mentor novice employees to contribute to department performance.
• Support hospital-system initiatives and cultivate nursing-involved Evidence-Based Practices.
• Demonstrate professional growth through goal-setting and participation in educational offerings.
• Float to assist in other like units as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
