Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to mothers and newborns in the labor and delivery unit
- Monitor fetal wellbeing using electronic fetal monitoring (C-EFM)
- Assist with labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient safety and comfort during labor
- Document patient information and care activities accurately in Cerner system
Requirements
- C-EFM through NCC
- BLS
- NRP
- STABLE
- ACLS preferred
- 3 years of experience preferred (will accept 2 years with strong experience)
- Scrub experience preferred
- Mother-baby experience preferred
- Charge experience
- Cerner Experience
- Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment
- Call required - 2 shifts per 6-week schedule
- Every other weekend
