Travel Labor and Delivery RN - $1,734 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a Labor and Delivery RN for a travel nursing assignment in Smyrna, Tennessee.

About the role

This 13-week assignment begins on August 24, 2026. The schedule is 36 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to laboring patients
• Support patient choice and promote vaginal birth opportunities aligned with patient preference
• Circulate in the Operating Room (OR)
• Perform procedures including:
  • Intrauterine Pressure Catheter (IUPC) placement
  • Fetal Scalp Electrode (FSE) placement
  • Magnesium Sulfate (MgSO4) administration
  • Postpartum hemorrhage management (JADA system)
  • Nitrous oxide administration

Requirements

• Active RN license
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Fetal Monitoring certification

Preferred Skills

• Spinning Babies techniques (helpful)
• STABLE program experience (helpful)

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may vary and are subject to change during the assignment.
