About the Role

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Indianapolis, IN. This is a 13-week assignment with night shifts (19:00 - 07:30) on a 4x12-hour schedule.

Pay

$3,249.64 to $3,442.56 weekly, including taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Assist with vaginal delivery and Cesarean Section
• Circulate for C-section
• Apply Isolation Precautions/PPE
• Triage obstetrical patients
• Recognize and treat abnormal fetal heart rate patterns
• Start and maintain IVs
• Use External Fetal Monitoring
• Facility experience with 100-300 births/month

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
• Active IN License or Compact License
• BLS and NRP certifications
• Experience with Epic charting system

• Patient ratios: 1:1 on nights
• Weekend hours: As per shift schedule
