About the role
The Registered Nurse will provide care in the High Risk Obstetrics (HROB) unit, which includes supporting early inductions and antepartum patients requiring continuous monitoring. The position may require floating to multiple facilities within the network based on staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the HROB unit.
- Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, implement care plans, and ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
- Floating to other designated facilities as required, while adhering to scope of practice.
- Complete required training modules such as Dysrhythmia testing within specified timeframes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2.5 years of nursing experience, specifically in High Risk Obstetrics.
- Current NJ RN license, active at the time of submission.
- ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required.
- Epic charting experience preferred.
- Clean shaven for fit testing in accordance with facility protocols.

Pay & Schedule
The Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
