About the role
A great facility in AZ is looking for some help in the Women & Infant Services Unit. They are in need of a traveling nurse to work 12 hour shifts on this 16 week assignment starting ASAP. They need the traveler to be able to work Women & Infant Services that can do Med/Surg as well.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in the Labor and Delivery unit
- Assist with deliveries and monitor the progress of labor
- Administer medications and treatments as necessary
- Document patient care and medical history accurately
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred
