Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse - $2,439 per week

About the role

Great level 1, teaching hospital in Virginia is in need of 4 L&D RN's with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Postpartum experience is mandatory. Both day and night positions are currently available for these 13 week assignments. Antepartum and GYN experience is preferred. Hospital is only an hour from historic Richmond and only two hours from all of the great sites of Washington, DC!

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a labor and delivery setting.
• Assist physicians during childbirth and manage postpartum care.
• Monitor patients for signs of complications and ensure their comfort.
• Document patient care activities accurately and in compliance with hospital policies.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• A current, unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Virginia.
• Postpartum experience is mandatory.
• Antepartum and GYN experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Level 1 hospital setting.
• Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay
