Travel Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse - $2,282 per week

About the role

The facility in the Kansas City area is in need of an L&D RN to work a 13 week travel assignment. The nurse will be working 12 hour shifts and is required to have ACLS, BLS, and NRP.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery care under the supervision of a physician
• Assist with deliveries as needed
• Monitor mother and baby's vital signs
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Document patient care accurately and timely

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in good standing
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• American Heart Association (AHA) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification

Qualifications

• Experience in labor and delivery preferred
• Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
